If walls could talk, ours would probably slur. Chaplin’s has been proudly keeping Roswell weird (and loud) since 1987—and nope, we haven’t gentrified a damn thing. We’re still your favorite no-frills, all-fun, slightly chaotic dive bar where karaoke rules six nights a week, and the drinks hit like you owe them money.

Our patio parties are legendary. Djs 3 nights a weekend. Yea, Thursday is the weekend. Our brand-new menu is dangerously edible (try the chopped cheese and tell your therapist about it later). And while we don’t allow smoking indoors anymore—shoutout to progress—we still have a soft spot for anyone who smells like a Virginia Slim and bad decisions.
